Mary in the office is AMAZING Helpful, friendly, and goes the extra mile to be sure we had everything needed. Overall great experience so far.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Apartments — I love it here , the neighbors are kind and respectful of others. I have zero complaints and the view of the sunrise and sunsets , the beautiful view of seeing the hot air balloons as well. Its cozy and comfortable around here .

|Recommended: YesBrent and Mary were so quick to help when we discovered an issue with my keys during move in. While I have been bouncing around all over the place as I am not fully moved in quite yet, they were able to change my locks, issue new keys, and retrieve the old ones without causing any inconvenience So glad to begin calling the Logan at Jomax my home

|Recommended: YesGreat property Let's talk communication — I really fell in love with my unit the moment I heard it was open. The move in speed was quick and easy but I had to force every single bit of communication between me and the property staff. Starting with the property staff not even communicating with me a week prior to moving in. Despite that - I understand being short staffed and not being able to answer every phone call. However, I did not see my unit until move in. And after move in felt neglected by management. They were understanding and getting me all I needed however, the time line and the communication could have easily led someone away from this property.

|Recommended: YesHopefully my forever home — The ability to live on a property that is run like an apartment complex yet have the feel of owning your own home is unmatched. The grounds are beautiful, the community is quiet yet alive, and the staff are very helpful and friendly I hope to live here a very long time.
