|Recommended: YesBeen Living here for a week. — I don't really see any problems except some damages from past tenants. I still haven't completed my move-in inspection checklist due to some software issues with the residentportal app. These are the only negative things I have to say.
Everything else has been great. Lily is always on top of everything, also very friendly and approachable. I like the fact that she is always making sure everything that we needed is communicated to us as soon as possible, to have a smooth move-in for me and my girlfriend.
Victoria also helped us with our internet issues with Cox, and she also assisted us with our scheduling conflicts prior to moving-in.
To be fair, me and my girlfriend do not have any issues here at all, and we like everything here to be honest, compared to our old apartment.
I'll say 4 5.

|Recommended: YesI've found The Logan at Jomax to be a great living space. Since the switch over in Management Ownership I've found them very responsive to maintenence and other requests. Yes a few problems with construction...my closet shelves fell off the wall, but maintenance was very efficient and had me looking brand new in no time.
I do wish they would finish the replacement plantings that were promised by original management. Nothing has happened with that.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Place to Live — I love the way it makes you feel like you have your own home. The staff is awesome. We are in a 3 bedroom unit and it is very spacious. Bedrooms are all good size. The quality of the unit is great too
|Recommended: YesWe’re very happy here — Overall it’s really nice Inside you don’t hear anything, we have not been here for summer, but so far the house seems to stay cold when it does get warm. The layout is awesome, and everything looks nice and works well. The only complaint is that you can clearly hear neighbors conversations from the patio. It’s a very dog friendly community, but we were surprised to find there is no off leash area for dogs to run. The amenities look nice, but have been closed due to covid.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful Place to Live — I love living here. It is like living in your own private home The grounds are well kept and the maintenanee staff are pleasant and prompt. I love sitting in my private patio back yard on weekend mornings enjoying a nice quiet cup of coffee. Such a wonderful place to come home to at the end of a day of work
|Recommended: YesGet your money's worth — If you are the first resident in the unit you will experience Construction issues, but this happens everywhere for first timers. The Maintenance crew is very professional and timely to handle any issues that arise. Be sure to note everything down on the move in inspection form, but other than that my stay has been great so far. Anthony and Maria in the leasing office have been incredible to deal with I would recommend this community.
